"A lot of new things, great exchange of experience, very personal", with these words Mr. Thomas Hirsch from Hamburg Airport drew a similarly positive summary of the event. And all other participants also commented positive on the first iLearn24 customer forum of wingsacademy. In addition to the perfect organization, especially the very personal exchange with the account managers and the multitude of presented possibilities in the use of the learning management system were emphasized.

 

Concentrated competence and effective solutions

The network character of the 2-day event in Dusseldorf was an important aspect for him and also for the representatives of Germania Technik from Berlin.

In order to create the right framework for network discussions, the participants met for a joint dinner in the "Himmel & Ähd" in Dusseldorf's Nordstraße on the first evening of the event.

Here as well as in the event breaks, the AVIATICS consultants were available for expert discussions apart from the topic E-Learning. "These were really good conversations that also help to work together on sustainable solutions for the aviation industry" Winfried Stecher said, head of the wingsacademy E-Learning department. "Occupational health and safety, data protection, dangerous goods and aviation security: these are all topics that occupy everyone involved on a daily basis to the same degree" Dominik Weiss stated, head of consulting at AVIATICS, "and if everyone can benefit from everyone, that's perfect!"

 

iLearn24 customer forum in the years to come

When all participants agree with “You could only feel well” in summary at the end of the event, like Mr. Mario Winzer (Germania Technik) did, there is only one conclusion: The iLearn24 customer forum will be held regularly in the future – in the same successful composition of presenting the further development of the LMS iLearn24, the intensive trainings directly on the learning management system and with sufficient time for the exchange of experiences and network development.
