Starting immediately, even more customers can benefit from the deadline management of the iLearn24® - Next Generation Learning Management System (LMS). With the launch of the wingsacademy online shop, the reminder service of the LMS has been set up for customers who use our online training through license codes.
This means that learners will not only receive their training certificates acquired in the Learning Management System via email. In the future, reliable, timely, and repeated reminders for the necessary follow-up training will also be sent from the LMS before a certification expires. And if desired, the LMS can also notify supervisory authorities or individuals.
Controlling: More Flexible and at No Additional Cost
Thanks to an update of the iLearn24® - Next Generation LMS, controlling in connection with the use of license codes for our online training becomes more flexible and cost-effective. Starting from the registration in the LMS or when redeeming a license code, it is now possible to activate the certificate delivery service to third parties. A separately ordered access for controlling in the LMS is no longer necessary.
For learners, this means that they can independently assign or revoke controlling authorization to third parties in the LMS at any time. This can be done by adding another email address to the profile of their personal iLearn24® account or by deleting it in the LMS. All changes to this specific master data field will be stored historically for the duration of the use of the LMS and controlling authorization for documentation purposes - also in compliance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The coupling of a controlling authorization or role in the LMS to company affiliation or the purchaser of license codes is no longer required with the launch of the online shop.
