Our Learning Management System (LMS) iLearn24® – Next Generation will soon be optimized again with valuable free updates. In addition to the expansion of the "Next Generation" design, there will be many new features for administrators, controllers, and managers, as well as for the trainees themselves. As you are accustomed to from us, this update also incorporates customer requests, which are now available for free in the respective versions of our aviation LMS.

Leadership Feedback for Long-Term Learning Success
With the update of iLearn24® – Next Generation, supervisors will have an additional option to provide qualified feedback on the training success of their employees. This can be done directly within the LMS and after a variable, customizable period. Naturally, there will be accompanying notifications to remind supervisors to submit their feedback on time. The option to submit feedback via an external link or using an integrated feedback module will still be available.
The assignment of individuals providing feedback is also flexible. Both supervisors and department heads can be surveyed. You also have flexibility in the feedback process. Within the online feedback form, various aspects can be evaluated, such as the improvement of employees' knowledge and the positive impact of the training on their daily work. The standard questionnaire for collecting feedback, which is stored in the LMS, can be customized upon request through our support.
Information Requests from Learners at the Push of a Button
In terms of data protection and specifically for information requests in accordance with the GDPR (EU), iLearn24® will offer two brilliant new features in the next update to improve efficiency in everyday operations.
One new feature allows users to easily request information about which personal data is stored in iLearn24®. This can be done via the "Export Profile" button in the "Profile" section. This eliminates the need for involving a controlling authority. The exported report shows all data movements and changes over the entire duration of the active account. As a result, responses to information requests from former users can now be provided quickly and efficiently.
Additionally, users can now deactivate their personal iLearn24® profile independently, provided that you, as the administrator, enable this option for specific target groups or all users of the LMS. Once deactivated, the user will be automatically logged out and will no longer be able to log in again, access courses, or download certificates.
Optimizations for Even Better Usability of the LMS
Curriculum Administration: With the next update, the curriculum administration will also be integrated into the optimized "iLearn24® – Next Generation" design. This will make the administration much clearer and easier to use overall. All previous functions will remain available, such as editing paths, uploading courses or documents, and adjusting validity periods.
Report Generator: The LMS update improves reporting through the Report Generator. The previous options to query validity based on the criteria "Valid from..." or "Valid until..." are now enhanced with a new relative forecast feature. This allows you to query which individuals, for example, will lose their training validity or need to renew it in three, six, or twelve months. This significantly simplifies the needs assessment and planning, especially for on-site training.
